Shipment Processing Time
Orders must be received with cleared authorization to be processed in time. Most packages are shipped in 8-10 business days, with exceptions for special orders, customized items, or items no longer in stock. Orders are not shipped or delivered on weekends or holidays.
If we experience a high volume of orders, shipments may be delayed by a few days. Please allow additional days in transit for delivery.
If there will be a significant delay in your order shipment, we will contact you via email or telephone.
Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates
We ship orders worldwide. We partner with elite couriers like USPS, DHL, and FedEx.
We offer free standard shipping on all orders within the United States, with no minimum order requirements.
Customs, Duties, and Taxes
We ship globally, and Gem Grown USA is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, etc.) are the responsibility of the customer.
Shipment Confirmation & Order Tracking
You will receive a Shipment Confirmation email once your order has shipped, containing your tracking number(s). The tracking number will be active within 24 hours.
To track your order, use the tracking number provided in your shipping confirmation email. You can also log in to your account on our website to view your order status and tracking information.
Damages
Gem Grown USA is not liable for any products damaged or lost during shipping. If you receive your order damaged, please contact the shipment carrier to file a claim.
Please save all packaging materials and damaged goods before filing a claim.
