Our Jewelry Crafting Process

Designing

Our artisans sketch creative designs inspired by elegance, turning concepts into detailed plans for sustainable jewelry.

CAD/CAM

Using advanced CAD software, we refine designs digitally, ensuring precision, while CAM automates manufacturing processes.

Model Making

Resin output from CAM is cast into a silver master model, used to create molds for consistent jewelry production.

Rubber Mould

A rubber mould is created to safely store the design, enabling the production of multiple identical jewelry pieces.

Waxing/Wax Tree

Wax models are crafted from the mould and attached to a wax stem, forming a tree for the casting process.

Casting

The wax tree is encased in a flask, heated to melt the wax, and filled with molten metal to form the jewelry.

Grinding

Excess metal is smoothed using a motorized grinder, refining the jewelry’s surface for a polished look.

Filing/Assembly

Excess metal is filed away, components are joined, and pre-polishing ensures a smooth finish before setting gems.

Metal Setting

Gems are set using techniques like prong or bezel, creating stunning designs with secure, sparkling stones.

Polishing

The jewelry is polished manually or by machine to achieve a brilliant shine, enhancing its beauty.

Rhodium Plating

A rhodium layer is applied to add shine and protect against scratches, enhancing the jewelry’s appearance.

Quality Control

Each piece undergoes rigorous inspection to ensure it meets our high standards for quality and craftsmanship.
